Job Summary:

We are looking for IT support to provide general administrative assistance to Information Technology Department and troubleshooting support – for staff in the office. Ensuring that staff can accomplish organizational tasks in a timely manner and be able to keep records of IT assets and documents. Follow-up other external inquiries with different technical support from service providers and vendors. Find reliable suppliers for network or computer related equipment and coordinate timely delivery of orders and availability.


Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Provide IT technical support and troubleshooting services.
  • Troubleshoot hardware and software issues effectively.
  • Manage PC installations and configurations.
  • Deploy software and ensure systems are up-to-date.
  • Conduct network troubleshooting as needed.
  • Assist in acquisitions and manage storage room inventory.
  • Monitor the status of IT assets and ensure adequate supplies for new staff and regular needs.
  • Offer IT suggestions based on observations.
  • Initiate and follow-up with external support from different service providers and vendors as and when required.
  • Maintain a positive user experience by addressing concerns promptly.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in information technology or any related course.
  • 1-2 years’ experience in a similar capacity would be advantageous.
  • Experience in the set-up, configuration, and troubleshooting of computer hardware, software, and networks.
  • Ability to communicate technical issues to technical and non-technical employees.
  • Good time management skills, self-motivated and willing to learn.
  • Always available to provide support and address end-user requests.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of different operating systems mainly Windows and Mac OS.
  • Experience in providing hands-on or remote support via email, phone and remote-control applications.
  • Proficient in speaking both Language: Filipino and English.
