説明
Sales Administration
- Handle and organize incoming marketing leads.
- Assign leads to the appropriate sales team members based on category or availability.
- Prepare quotations, invoices, and order forms accurately and timely.
- Maintain proper documentation and update client records consistently.
Sales & Deal Closure
- Recommend suitable catering/event services based on client needs.
- Follow up with leads and assist in closing deals.
- Work toward sales targets and earn commissions on successful orders
Customer Engagement & Support
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via WhatsApp, phone, email, or walk-ins.
- Understand customer needs and offer friendly, professional assistance.
- Build lasting relationships with clients through attentive service.
Team Coordination
- Liaise with kitchen, logistics, and event teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Support inter-department communication to resolve issues quickly and efficiently.
要件
- Friendly, proactive, and good at communication
- Able to multitask and manage timelines efficiently
- Strong attention to detail with good admin and coordination skills
- Able to read/type in Chinese to communicate with clients when needed
- Experience in sales, admin, customer service, or event-related roles is a plus!
