Human Resource Administrative Assistant


Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor/Investigate issues with Prism APIs.
  • Create and maintain records in HRIS and CRM tools.
  • Support Case Work - outlining the responsibilities, steps, and expectations for handling customer or client cases.
  • New Hire Salesforce Training - to ensure they can effectively navigate the platform, utilize its features.
  • Manage and support the Configure, Price, Quote (CPQ) process, ensuring accurate pricing, product configuration, and quotes.
  • Oversee and support system integrations, ensuring seamless data flow between different platforms and tools.



Technical Skills Required:

  • Preferably expertise in using Salesforce CRM, or something similar, especially for managing HR, payroll, and benefits processes and support cases. Preferably Salesforce CRM.
  • Experience with monitoring and resolving issues in Prism API or other comparable systems to ensure seamless HR and payroll system performance.
  • Proficiency in using DocuSign, or equivalent software.


Soft Skills:

· Must have a strong attention to detail.

· Possess excellent problem-solving skills to identify and resolve issues.

· Clear and concise communication is crucial as you will be managing support cases, conducting training sessions, and collaborating.
