REQUIREMENTS OF THE JOB:

• Proficient in Mandarin and English. 
• Bachelor’s degree in any course.
• Having experience in human resources and case management.
• Having experience in Customer Service from a BPO/Shared Service.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
• Computer operating and database management skills

RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE JOB APPLICATION:

• Review medical documents related to leave accommodation of the employees.
• Mandarin HR Advisor is responsible for providing expert guidance on workplace accommodations and ensuring compliance.
• Collaborate and coordinate with third-party administrators, HR, Safety, Legal, Payroll, Benefits, employees, and other relevant departments or systems as needed.
• Educate employees and HR on complicated aspects of the return to work, accommodation, and complex case processes.
• Keep system records up to date to ensure the accuracy and timeliness of information and documentation.
• Ensuring that the operations and activities of the workforce are efficient and in the best interest of the company's goals.
