  • Design and implement training programs to enhance employee skills.

要件

  • Educational Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Experience Level: 1-3 years of experience in organizational development or related areas.
  • Skills and Competencies: Proficient in presentation, talent acquisition, people management, training and development, performance management, and organizational development.
