職務内容
1. Design & Creative Development
- Create visually compelling graphics for digital campaigns, social media, email marketing, websites, and print materials.
- Develop design concepts, mood boards, and layouts that align with brand guidelines.
- Produce marketing assets such as banners, presentations, infographics, and promotional materials.
2. Branding & Visual Identity
- Maintain and enhance brand consistency across all design outputs.
- Support development of visual brand systems, style guides, and design frameworks.
3. Collaboration & Production
- Work closely with the marketing, content, and product teams to understand project requirements and deliver effective solutions.
- Translate creative briefs into high-quality design concepts.
- Prepare production-ready files and coordinate with printers or external vendors as needed.
4. Innovation & Tool Expertise
- Utilize latest design tools, including
- Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects)
- Figma, Canva, and other UI/UX platforms
- AI-assisted design tools (e.g., Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, DALL·E)
- Stay up to date with current design trends, emerging technologies, and best practices.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia Arts, Visual Communication, or a related field (preferred).
- Proven experience as a Graphic Designer, Visual Designer, or similar role.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating a range of creative projects.
- Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and modern AI design tools.
- Knowledge of typography, color theory, layout design, and branding principles.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail and creativity.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
