●Customer Service: 

○ Greet customers with a friendly and welcoming attitude. 

○ Take orders accurately and efficiently. 

○ Answer customer questions about our menu. 

○ Serve acai bowls and other menu items. 

○ Process customer payments. 

● Food Preparation: 

○ Prepare acai bowls according to recipes. 

○ Portion ingredients accurately. 

○ Blend and mix ingredients. 

○ Assemble and garnish bowls. 

○ Prepare other menu items as needed. 

● Kiosk Operations: 

○ Maintain cleanliness of the kiosk (exterior, counters, equipment, etc.). 

○ Stock and replenish ingredients and supplies. 

○ Assist with opening and closing procedures. 

○ Perform basic cleaning tasks (wiping down surfaces, sweeping, mopping, etc.).

● Personal Presentation: Maintain good hygiene, a pleasant and professional 

appearance, and a clean, stain-free uniform that smells fresh. 

● Education: High school diploma or equivalent. 

● Experience: Previous experience in a food service or customer service role is preferred, 

but not required. 

● Skills: 

○ Excellent customer service skills and a positive, friendly attitude. 

○ Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions. 

○ Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, both independently and as 

part of a team. 

○ Good communication and interpersonal skills. 

○ Basic math skills. 

○ Knowledge of food handling and safety practices is a plus. 

Physical Demands: 

● Ability to stand for extended periods. 

● Ability to lift and carry up to 8kg. 

● Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with potential for high customer volume. 

Work Environment: 

● Work is performed primarily in a kiosk environment, with potential exposure to 

temperature variations and noise. 

● Required to work evenings and weekends.
