- The Finance Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day financial operations, including budgeting support, financial reporting, compliance, and cost monitoring.
- This role ensures the accuracy and timeliness of financial data, supports regulatory compliance, and assists in the development of cost control strategies.
- The Finance Supervisor coordinates closely with internal departments and external partners to support financial planning, audits, and process improvements.
- The position plays a key role in maintaining internal controls and promoting efficiency in finance-related processes while providing essential support to the Finance Manager or Controller.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy, Finance, or a related field
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (e.g., Acumatica)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Preferably a Certified Public Accountant (CPA), but not required
- Training in BIR compliance, tax computation, and audit procedures is an advantage
- Integrity and strong ethical judgment
- Planning and organizational ability
- Leadership and team coordination
- Decision-making under pressure
- Continuous improvement mindset
- At least 3–5 years of relevant experience in accounting or finance
- At least 1 year in a supervisory or lead role
