We are looking for a Finance Associate to join our team! This role is vital in ensuring smooth financial operations across our business units. The Finance Associate will be responsible for collecting and monitoring daily sales from our laundry shop branches, handling POS monitoring, overseeing inventory of stocks, and collecting sales from our Doroci Jewelry store.

• Collect and record daily sales from all laundry shop branches.
• Monitor and reconcile POS (Point of Sale) reports across shops.
• Check, track, and manage inventory of stocks in each branch.
• Collect and ensure accurate sales reporting from Doroci Jewelry store.
• Prepare and submit daily/weekly sales and inventory reports.
• Coordinate with branch staff to resolve sales or inventory discrepancies.
• Support the finance team with other tasks as required.

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field (preferred).
• At least 1 year of experience in finance, accounting, cashiering, or related roles.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Proficient in MS Excel/Google Sheets and basic POS systems.
• Trustworthy, reliable, and able to handle financial transactions responsibly.
• Willing to travel between branches for collection and monitoring.
