説明
- This is a full-time on-site role for a Housekeeping Manager, located in Pasay City, Philippines.
- The Housekeeping Manager will oversee and coordinate the housekeeping staff's day-to-day operations.
- Responsibilities include ensuring cleanliness and maintenance of all areas, managing schedules, ordering supplies, conducting inspections, training staff, and maintaining high standards of sanitation and hygiene.
要件
- With 3-5 years of experience as Housekeeping Manager
- Experience with housekeeping management and supervision
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Excellent attention to detail and quality control abilities
- Effective communication and leadership skills
- Ability to train and mentor staff
- Proficiency in inventory management and ordering supplies
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations
- Flexibility and adaptability to handle various tasks and priorities
- Prior experience in the hospitality industry is preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in housekeeping management are a plus
