  • Provide assistance to the executives to conserve their time by reading, researching, and routing correspondence; drafting letters, minutes of the meetings, documents and initiating telecommunications.
  • Manage executive’s appointment schedule by planning and scheduling meetings, conferences and, teleconferences.
  • Prioritize emails and reports, gathering documents to prepare for meetings and coordinating travel arrangements.
  • Represents the executive by attending meetings in the executive’s absence and speaking for the executive.
  • Maintains privacy and protects operations by keeping confidential information.
  • Completes projects by assigning task to staffs and follow up on results.
  • Provides historical reference by developing and utilizing filing and retrieval systems and recording meeting discussions.
  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
