Job Overview:

We are seeking a proactive and experienced Executive Assistant to provide high-level support to a small business owner operating in the UK market. This role is ideal for a seasoned

professional with a proven track record of working closely with executives in a one-to-one

capacity, rather than in a team or fractional support setup.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage calendar and emails across multiple inboxes
  • Oversee and maintain CRM systems
  • Organize and prepare business-wide meetings
  • Implement and optimize systems and standard operating procedures (SOPs) to improve
  • business operations
  • Provide day-to-day administrative support tailored to the executive’s needs


Must-Have Qualifications & Skills:

  • 5 + years’ experience as an Executive Assistant supporting an individual directly
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Demonstrated experience supporting a small to medium-sized business owner
  • Familiarity with the UK market
  • Experience with CRM management
  • Highly proactive, self-starter, and motivated
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Nice-to-Have Experience:
  • Experience working with a manager for whom this was their first Executive Assistant
  • Background in a construction, technical, or project-led business
  • Knowledge of Procore CRM (used in the construction industry)
