Be the CEO’s right hand in a data-driven, AI-enabled real estate investment company. You’ll streamline executive operations and keep our AI + asset management initiatives moving on time and on target.
- Experiencing as a virtual assistant and working remotely.
- Researching real estate investment related data, products and services.
- Performing certain basic accounting activities.
- Own asset-management operations: update occupancy, NOI, and CapEx trackers;
- Filing and organizing corporate records, documents and reports.
- Using various software, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and task management tools.
- Helping prepare for meetings and events.
- Making travel arrangements for executives.
- Cooperating with team members across the company.
- Resolve issues and troubleshooting a variety of situations.
- Provide other general administrative support.
- Bachelor’s degree from a top Philippine university
- Early career professional with 0-3 years working experience
- Working time is US Central Time
- Strong communication skills in English
- Independent, proactive and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities
