Job Summary:

As our Ecommerce Business Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing multiple online stores, optimizing operations, and driving revenue growth. 

Are you an experienced eCommerce professional with a track record of scaling online businesses? Do you have the expertise to manage and grow multiple eCommerce brands? We are acquiring and building several eCommerce businesses and are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Ecommerce Business Manager to lead and drive their success.

• Manage, optimize, and scale multiple eCommerce businesses.
• Develop and implement growth strategies, including marketing, sales, and customer retention.
• Oversee product listings, website performance, and conversion rate optimization.
• Manage digital advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, etc.) to drive sales.
• Implement SEO and content marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility.
• Work closely with developers, designers, and marketing teams to optimize user experience.
• Analyze key performance metrics and make data-driven decisions.
• Manage inventory, supply chain, and fulfillment processes for smooth operations.

• Stay ahead of eCommerce trends and implement innovative solutions.

Requirements/Skills Needed:

• Proven experience 5+ years in managing and scaling multiple eCommerce businesses.
• Strong knowledge of eCommerce platforms such as Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento, or BigCommerce.
• Expertise in digital marketing, including SEO, PPC, email marketing, and social media.
• Experience with analytics tools (Google Analytics, Hotjar, etc.) and data-driven decision-making.
• Strong leadership and project management skills.
• Experience in supply chain and logistics management is a plus.

Set-up and Location: WFH

Work Schedule: 9:00 AM to 06:00 PM NZ Time (05:00 AM - 02:00 PM PH Time)

Employment Type: Full-time
