The Director of Food and Beverage (F&B) at Seda BGC Hotel in Taguig City holds a pivotal leadership role, overseeing all aspects of the hotel's dining operations to ensure exceptional guest experiences and efficient management.




Responsibilities


Operation - Manage hotel's F&B outlets, including restaurants, bars, room service, and banquet services, ensuring high quality standards and smooth operations.

Staff Management - trains and supervise F&B staff, including servers, bartenders, and support personnel, to foster a positive and collaborative work environment.

Financial Management - Assist in budgeting and financial planning for the F&B Department, monitor expenses and implement strategies to achieve revenue targets

Quality Assurance - Ensure that all F&B services meet the hotel's quality standard and guest expectations addressing any issues promptly to maintain customer satisfaction.

Compliance and Safety - Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in compliance with the health department regulations and internal policies.



Qualifications


Open for Local and or 13A visa holders/permanent residents

8 to 10 years of progressive experience in food and beverage operations, with 5 years in leadership role or director level role

strong background in 4 or 5 star Hotel F&B Operation including banquets, a la carte service, bars and room service
