About the role

• We are seeking a dedicated and experienced NOC DevOps Support Engineer to join our team. This role is pivotal in maintaining the integrity of our network and ensuring the seamless operation of our blockchain infrastructure. 

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and maintain underlying infrastructure, ensuring high availability and performance of the blockchain infrastructure 
• Troubleshoot and resolve network and system issues, providing timely and effective solutions to minimize downtime
• Participate in the deployment and integration of new technologies and updates into the existing infrastructure 
• Document all technical procedures and create user guides, maintaining accurate records of network configurations and changes 
• Provide 24/7 support, alongside other NOC team members

Requirements

• Strong interest in and basic knowledge of blockchain technologies 
• At least one year of experience with Linux systems, including filesystem, networking, kernel tuning, iptables, patching, etc 
• Network management and troubleshooting skills (TCP/IP, DNS, routing, NAT, switching, firewalls, etc) 
• Any monitoring and logging experience (ELK, Prometheus, Grafana, Promtail, Loki, Zabbix) 
• BASH scripting experience 
• Ability to communicate in English

• Knowledge of cloud services (AWS, Azure, GCP) 
• Terraform/Ansible experience 
• Experience with virtualization technologies
