Key Responsibilities:

• Driving & Transporting: Operate commercial trucks, trailers, or delivery vehicles to transport goods to specified locations.
• Route Planning: Plan and follow efficient delivery routes to ensure timely deliveries.
• Safety Compliance: Follow all local, state, and federal traffic laws, as well as company safety regulations.
• Loading & Unloading: Assist in loading and unloading cargo, ensuring proper handling to prevent damage.
• Vehicle Maintenance: Perform routine inspections and basic maintenance on the truck (e.g., checking tires, brakes, lights, and fluid levels).
• Documentation: Maintain accurate records, including delivery logs, invoices, and inspection reports.
• Customer Service: Communicate professionally with customers and report any issues or delays.
• Problem-Solving: Handle unexpected issues, such as traffic delays, mechanical breakdowns, or delivery discrepancies.

• Valid Driver’s License (e.g., CDL for larger trucks, if required)
• Clean driving record
• Ability to lift and carry heavy items (depending on job requirements)
• Knowledge of GPS and route planning
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
