The Data Analyst is responsible for collecting, processing, and analyzing data to help the organization and its clients to make informed business decisions through visualization and predictive analytics using machine learning. This role involves creating reports, identifying trends, and providing actionable insights to improve performance and support strategic goals.

Responsibilities: (Data Analytics and Visualization)

1. Collect, clean, and organize large datasets from multiple sources.

2. Create and maintain dashboards, visualizations, and reports using tools like Tableau, Power BI, and Excel.

3. Predictive analytics using machine learning.

4. Work closely with clients to understand data requirements and deliver insights.

5. Present findings and recommendations to clients in a clear and effective manner.

6. Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and compliance with relevant policies.

7. Support data governance and quality initiatives.

8. Collaborate with Support Services and Operations Team on cross-functional projects.

9. Contribute and comply with the development and implementation of data analysis

processes and methodologies.

1. Proficiency in data analysis tools such as SQL, PowerBI, Excel, Python, or R.

2. Strong understanding of statistical methods and data modeling techniques.

3. Knowledge of machine learning basics and predictive analytics.

4. Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.

5. Proven 1-2 years of experience as a Data Analyst or in a related analytical role. Open to fresh graduate with related internship experience.

6. Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Applied Mathematics, Computer Science, Engineering, or any related field.

7. Can start immediately and willing to work on a hybrid setup (3 days onsite, 2 days wfh).
