The Japanese Customer Expert for the Fraud Detection Account is responsible for reviewing transactions, identifying suspicious activities, and preventing fraudulent behavior to protect both the customers and the business. The role requires strong analytical skills, accuracy, and the ability to communicate effectively in both Japanese and English. You will handle sensitive information, assess risks, and make decisions in line with fraud prevention policies.
