ROLE SUMMARY

Our client is looking for an Integrator/Chief of Staff who will be the operational engine of the company, acting as the bridge between bold strategy and disciplined execution. You will work directly with the visionary CEO, leading internal operations and ensuring seamless execution across all departments. This hybrid role combines the rigor of an EOS Integrator with the strategic influence of a Chief of Staff.

WORK SCHEDULE: 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM Eastern Daylight Time (8:30 PM – 5:30 AM Philippine Standard Time), follows Philippine holidays


POSITION TYPE: Full Time


WORK ARRANGEMENT: Remote


ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

  • Serve as the operational anchor of the company - translating big-picture strategies into actionable plans and ensuring disciplined, cross-functional execution
  • Work side-by-side with the visionary CEO and leadership team to ensure that the company scales efficiently, remains aligned, and builds a high-performing organizational core
  • Perform the following tasks to drive strategy into execution:
  • Develop and translate long-term strategic objectives into clear, actionable quarterly and annual operating plans
  • Own execution of company-wide initiatives, ensuring goals are met on time and within scope
  • Identify operational bottlenecks and proactively remove barriers to progress
  • Maintain and refine the company’s rhythm of execution, enforcing focus, accountability, and traction
  • Perform the following tasks to lead the entrepreneurial operating system (EOS) implementation:
  • Champion the entrepreneurial operating system (EOS) across the business
  • Facilitate and lead weekly L10 meetings, quarterly and annual planning sessions, and scorecard reviews
  • Drive the identify, discuss, solve (IDS) process to help leadership address and resolve critical issues effectively
  • Ensure EOS tools and disciplines are adopted and consistently applied across departments
  • Perform the following tasks to act as the strategic partner to the chief executive officer:
  • Serve as a trusted advisor and thought partner to the CEO, contributing to decision-making and long-term planning
  • Act as the CEO’s proxy in internal meetings, driving alignment and follow-through on key initiatives
  • Protect the CEO’s focus by managing tactical execution, communications, and leadership coordination
  • Lead preparation and follow-up for strategic off-sites and planning sessions
  • Perform the following tasks to optimize operational systems:
  • Monitor KPIs, business scorecards, and performance dashboards to track progress and inform executive decisions
  • Streamline internal processes across sales, delivery, marketing, and operations to enhance scalability and efficiency
  • Drive continuous improvement in how teams collaborate, plan, and execute
  • Champion technology and systems implementation to support operational excellence
  • Perform the following tasks to foster cross-functional leadership alignment:
  • Coordinate and align efforts across the leadership team to ensure priorities are clear and synchronized
  • Create transparency and accountability within and between teams
  • Hold department heads accountable for deliverables and help resolve cross-functional roadblocks
  • Perform the following tasks to build a high-performance culture:
  • Serve as the steward of the company’s values and leadership standards, ensuring the culture scales with their growth
  • Facilitate clear communication and alignment across functions and geographies
  • Embed the company’s cultural principles into how to plan, execute, and measure success
  • Lead with integrity, humility, and a relentless focus on results


QUALIFICATIONS:

  • A bachelor’s degree in a related field is preferred
  • 5+ years in senior operational leadership roles (Integrator, Chief of Staff, Chief Operating Officer), ideally in a professional services or sales consulting context
  • Deep familiarity with the Entrepreneurial Operating System (EOS) and a proven track record of driving traction and alignment
  • Exceptional prioritization and organizational skills, thrives in creating order from complexity
  • High emotional intelligence, confident communication, and a low-ego, high-impact leadership style
  • Proficient in key performance indicator (KPI)/scorecard tracking and data-informed decision-making
  • Experience in a multi-client environment
  • Strong organization, oral, and written communication skills
  • Analytical skills with particular attention to detail
  • Ability to function in an autonomous environment—independent worker, self-directed
