説明

  • Reads the BEO to be informed of the menu for the event
  • Ensures mise en place is always observed before  leaving Albergus
  • Presents the food aesthetically, if necessary, makes sure that the proper garnishes are suitable to the food and proper serving dishes are used.
  • Make sure that all operating equipment is handled properly by the pantry staff in accordance with SOP to ensure work efficiency and delivery of quality of food to the guest
  • Coordinates with Head Waiter/Captain Waiter regarding the following:
  1. Actual eating time
  2. Menu, its ingredients and preparation method
  3. Portion size for buffet assisted
  4. Special requests from guests
  • Helps in developing projects for the improvement of the F&B system


芁件

  • Must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree of HRM, Culinary Arts or any related course
  • Preferably with 1-2 years experience in the same position
  • Knowledgeable in food handling and preparation
  • With Culinary background is an advantage
  • Must be a Team player
  • With pleasing personality
  • Can work under minimum supervision
  • Can start immediately
