About the Role

TradeX group is looking for local international students who can help us grow our presence in your region.

Your main job is to connect with local CEX merchants, guide them to register CEX merchant accounts, and assist with basic OTC growth.

This is a commission-based role (no base salary) — but we offer high commissions + travel and refreshment subsidies.

Perfect for students who are outgoing, bilingual (English + Chinese), and familiar with the local community.

Responsibilities

• Reach out to local potential merchants;
• Assist merchants or users with registration, verification, and basic onboarding;
• Promote OTC-related activity;
• Collect feedback and provide market insights to the core team.

Requirements

• International student currently based in your local region;
• Fluent in English and Chinese (Mandarin);
• Interest in Web3 / CEX / digital assets;
• Strong communication and execution skills;
• Previous BD or campus promotion experience is a plus.

Compensation

• High Commission Only (no base salary);
