説明

The role focuses on driving revenue growth and expanding market share in the corporate and government sectors. The Assistant Sales Manager will develop strategic sales plans, build client relationships, lead a sales team, and ensure targets are met.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s in Business, Marketing, or related field

  • At least 2 years of experience in Government Bidding, Proven corporate sales background with team leadership

  • Sales strategy, client management, data analysis, negotiation, MS Excel/PowerPoint

  • Strong leadership and communication skills

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Sales Planning

  • Create and implement sales strategies.

  • Analyze market trends and competition.

  • Set and track sales goals.

Account Management

  • Maintain strong relationships with key corporate and government clients.

  • Conduct business reviews and address client needs.

Team Leadership

  • Lead and mentor a sales team.

  • Monitor and provide feedback on performance.

Sales Execution

  • Manage the end-to-end sales process.

  • Maintain a steady sales pipeline.

  • Negotiate and close deals.

  • Organize client events and presentations.

Reporting & Forecasting

  • Submit sales reports, forecasts, and activity updates.

  • Analyze data and adjust strategies accordingly.

Cross-functional Collaboration

  • Coordinate with marketing, product, and other departments to ensure effective project execution.

Resource & Compliance Management

  • Manage tools and resources.

  • Ensure compliance with internal policies and systems.
