- Supervise and support a team of sales representatives in a designated area.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to meet targets.
- Conduct market analysis to identify new opportunities.
- Train and mentor team members to enhance performance.
- Prepare reports on sales activities and forecasts.
- Build and maintain relationships with key clients.
- Oversee sales operations in the designated area, develop sales strategies, and manage key client accounts.
要件
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Experience Level: Less than 1 year of relevant experience in sales or account management.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong organizational skills, effective sales strategy and management capabilities, and proficiency in key account management.
- Working Conditions: Primarily office-based with occasional travel to client sites.
- Qualities and Traits: Strong interpersonal skills, a proactive attitude, and the ability to work under pressure.
