Responsibilities and Duties:

• Achieve sales targets by managing key accounts (supermarkets, retail outlets)
• Build strong relationships with store managers and buyers
• Ensure optimal product visibility, shelf placement, and promotions
• Identify and onboard new retail partners in assigned territory
• Monitor stock levels and prevent out-of-stock situations
• Execute trade marketing activities and in-store promotions
• Gather market intelligence and competitor insights
• Submit regular sales reports and performance analysis

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or related field.
• Experience Level: 1-3 years of experience in sales, preferably in a similar industry.
• Skills and Competencies: Strong negotiation, sales support, and communication skills; proficient in Salesforce and CRM tools; adept at making effective presentations.
