説明

  • Supervisory Responsibilities:Supervise and mentor accounting staff, including assigning tasks, providing guidance, and conducting performance evaluations. 
  • Ensure timely and accurate processing of accounting transactions. 
  • Coordinate and prioritize daily accounting activities.
  • Resolve accounting discrepancies and issues.
  • Financial Reporting and Analysis:Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
  • Perform account reconciliations, including bank statements, credit card statements, and general ledger accounts.
  • Analyze financial data and identify trends or discrepancies.
  • Prepare and review journal entries.
  • Assist with budget preparation and monitoring.
  • Month-End and Year-End Closing:Manage the month-end and year-end closing processes, ensuring timely completion.
  • Prepare and review closing entries.
  • Ensure accuracy and completeness of financial records.
  • Compliance and Auditing:Ensure compliance with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP), International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS), and other relevant regulations. 
  • Assist with internal and external audits.
  • Maintain accurate and organized financial records.
  • Ensure tax compliance.
  • Process Improvement:Identify and recommend improvements to accounting processes and procedures.
  • Implement and maintain effective internal controls.
  • Utilize accounting software and systems effectively.
  • Other Duties:Assist with special projects as assigned.
  • Provide support to other departments as needed.

要件

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field.
  • 2 years of progressive accounting experience, with supervisory experience preferred.
  • Strong understanding of GAAP or IFRS.
  • Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel).
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills. 
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 
  • CPA or relevant accounting certification is a plus.
