説明

  • Handle full set of Accounts and month-end financial reporting
  • Prepare monthly management reports with detailed analysis and audit schedules
  • Perform monthly intercompany reconciliation
  • Prepare quarterly GST and submission of GST
  • Liaise with banks, auditors, tax agent, corporate secretary, customers & suppliers on related work
  • Able to perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned

要件

  • Minimum diploma in Accountancy
  • Knowledge of Accounting Software, Xero is preferred
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word & Excel
  • Minimum 3 - 4 years working experience in accounting (Candidates from audit firm are highly preferred)
  • Able to work in fast pace environment and multitask
  • Able to manage 1-2 staffs
  • F&B industry will be added advantage
  • Meticulous, with excellent attention to detail, and the ability to execute with speed and accuracy
  • Well-spoken with a highly polished, professional appearance
  • Able to build great working relationships with co-workers and stakeholders
  • Have a practical, hands-on, can-do attitude
  • Work well in a team, and possess unshakeable integrity
  • Be able to work independently at speed, with a variety of priorities
  • Eager to learn and expand their knowledge and skill base.
