Descripción

Identify and develop new business opportunities through prospecting and networking.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
Present and promote products/services to customers, highlighting key benefits.
Conduct sales presentations, product demonstrations, and negotiations.
Prepare and deliver proposals, quotes, and contracts to clients.
Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to achieve sales targets.
Stay up to date with industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions.
Maintain accurate sales records and generate regular reports.
Provide excellent customer service and follow up to ensure client satisfaction.
Attend trade shows, conferences, and industry events to expand business opportunities.

Requisito

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
Proven experience in sales, business development, or a related role, preferably in the construction industry.
Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
Willingness to travel as needed.
