On Overview of your Role

Performs customer acquisition and retention initiatives according to company standards consistently.

Duties and Responsibilities:

·       Sales. Develops strategies in generating qualified leads. Builds relationship and converts qualified leads into customers through effective business presentations and partnering. Monitors and ensures timely renewal of assigned accounts. Develops and expands existing accounts through upselling and cross-selling. Researches new market trends and recommends potential product enhancements or new strategies to Branch Head. 

·       Collection Management. Negotiates payment terms in compliance with Shared Financials' Collection Guidelines. Manages receivables of assigned accounts within set company standards.

·       Customer Experience. Manages and maximizes overall relationship with customers and/or partners by conducting periodic business reviews.

·       Process Management. Facilitates accounts servicing transactions in compliance with established Service Level Agreements.

A Bit About You

  • Candidate must be a graduate of any bachelor’s degree course;

  • With at least two (2) years relevant work experience preferably gained from the financial services and/or insurance industry;

  • Proficient in the use of MS Office (Word & Excel);

  • Newly graduates are welcome to apply.
