• Minimum of 1-3 years of experience as a Business Analyst or System Analyst, preferably in the financial services or trading industry.
• Proficiency in tools such as Microsoft Excel, Visio, SQL, and project management tools.
• Strong understanding of business processes, financial markets, and the trading industry.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills for interpreting complex data sets.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional and regional teams and present complex information clearly.
• Experience in project management (experience as a Product Manager or in Product Research is a plus).
