Descripción del trabajo

1.Provide text-based consulting services to platform users via email/online chat,

addressing and resolving various issues encountered while using the platform.

2.Offer professional product consulting services for the platform's customers.

3.Calm and reassure customers, improving service quality and customer satisfaction.

4.When necessary, record customer inquiries and relay their needs to relevant

departments for product optimization.

5.Inform customers about system and product changes to ensure they are updated on all major changes.

6.Perform other tasks as assigned by the leadership.

1.Strong customer service mindset. Experience in customer support and service is

preferred.

2.Good team collaboration skills and execution ability, with strong problem-solving

and analytical skills.

3.At least one year of experience as an English customer service representative in the virtual currency, securities, or financial exchange sectors.

4.Have more than half a year of experience working in customer service at a blockchain exchange

5.Willingness to work shifts from 9-18:00 or 15:00-24:00 or 24:00-09:00 (GMT+8)
