  • Maintains the cleanliness and the upkeep of company facilities.
  • Ensure the need of employees and guests are being attended to i.e. coffee/tea/etc.
  • Assists in messengerial needs of the Executive Office by transmitting memoranda and other important documents to appropriate addressees with utmost awareness on the confidentiality and important of the matter transmitted.
  • Assists in the photocopying, transmittal and safekeeping of various important documents in the Executive Office.


Requisito

  • At least College level
  • With 1 year work experience is an advantage.
