What You’ll Do

Lead Generation & Outreach

  • Research and identify high-potential clients and industries that align with our services.
  • Engage in strategic cold outreach through email, calls, and LinkedIn to generate qualified leads.
  • Develop and maintain a pipeline of prospective clients.

Client Relationship Management

  • Establish, nurture, and maintain strong relationships with potential clients.
  • Schedule and participate in introductory meetings, presentations, and follow-ups.
  • Understand client needs and align them with our solutions.

Market Research & Strategy

  • Analyze market trends, competitor strategies, and industry insights to uncover new business opportunities.
  • Assist in refining ideal customer profiles and enhancing our value propositions.

Proposal & Documentation Support

  • Assist in drafting business proposals, presentations, and client communications.
  • Maintain accurate records of leads, outreach efforts, and sales progress using a CRMsystem.

Collaboration & Teamwork

  • Work closely with the marketing and technical teams to align sales efforts with company goals.
  • Share insights from client interactions to refine services and improve outreach strategies.

Requisito

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a passion for relationship-building.
  • A proactive approach to identifying and pursuing business opportunities.
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce).

Preferred Qualifications

  • 1-2 years of experience in sales, business development, or client-facing roles.
  • Knowledge of the tech industry, especially software development.
  • Familiarity with cold outreach tools, lead generation techniques, and sales strategies.
  • Ability to analyze data and report on business development performance metrics.
