Role: Social Media and Graphic Design Specialist

Work Arrangement: Work From Home

Location: Any CS Branch - Angeles, Mabalacat, Makati, Ortigas, Tarlac, Davao, Cebu

Schedule: Morning Shift

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Social Media and Graphic Design Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing engaging social media content, designing marketing materials, and maintaining brand consistency across all platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and edit posters, graphics, and short videos for social media, email, and marketing campaigns.
• Manage and update company social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.) with engaging and consistent content.
• Develop creative concepts aligned with marketing goals and brand guidelines.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to plan content calendars and campaign visuals.
• Track and analyze social media performance to recommend improvements.
• Stay updated on design trends, social media best practices, and emerging tools.

Qualification and requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
• At least 5 years of proven experience in social media management and graphic design.
• Strong portfolio showcasing previous design and social media work.
• Excellent command of English (written and verbal).
• Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and work independently with minimal supervision.

Non-negotiable skills & requirements:

• Must have strong experience using Canva (design, templates, video editing).
