Oversee daily accounting operations and ensure accurate financial reporting.
Manage month-end and year-end closing processes.
Prepare budgets and forecasts, analyzing variances.
Supervise and mentor accounting staff, promoting professional development.
Ensure compliance with financial regulations and auditing standards.
Collaborate with other departments for financial insights and support.

Requisito

Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
Experience Level: 1-3 years of related experience in accounting roles.
Skills and Competencies: Proficient in financial management, billing, financial reporting, accounts receivable and payable, financial statements, bill management, and account reconciliation. Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential.
