• Monitor and validate operational data based on provided guidelines.
• Identify and report anomalies or technical issues in a timely manner.
• Support manual data entry or classification when required.
• Maintain documentation of findings and follow-up updates.

Qualifications

• Currently living in Batu or nearby areas, or willing to work onsite.
• Owns a laptop and has basic computer literacy (browser, spreadsheet, simple applications).
• Strong attention to detail and consistency in repetitive tasks.
• Able to follow instructions precisely and maintain quality of work.
• Willing to learn data systems related to fintech/broker operations.
