Job Description

Provide frontline technical assistance to customers by troubleshooting hardware, software, and account-related issues. Ensure fast, accurate, and customer-friendly support across phone, chat, or email.

Responsibilities:

• Diagnose and resolve basic technical problems.
• Guide customers through solutions clearly and professionally.
• Escalate advanced issues as needed.
• Document all interactions accurately.
• Meet performance metrics (QA, CSAT, AHT, FCR).
