We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our team and provide exceptional support to our customers. The ideal candidate is a proactive problem-solver with excellent communication skills and a customer-first mindset. You will be responsible for addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience across multiple channels.


Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, live chat, and social media.

• Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies.

• Resolve customer complaints efficiently, ensuring a high level of satisfaction.

• Process orders, returns, and exchanges as needed.

• Maintain a thorough understanding of company products and services.

• Update customer records and interactions in the CRM system.

• Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer issues effectively.

• Follow up with customers to ensure their concerns have been addressed.

• Identify and escalate complex issues to higher management when necessary.

• Gather customer feedback and provide insights for service improvement.

• Meet or exceed customer service performance metrics (e.g., response time, resolution rate, customer satisfaction scores).

Requisito

Qualifications & Skills:

• High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred).

• Proven experience in customer service or a related role.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

• Excellent problem-solving abilities and a positive attitude.

• Ability to handle high-pressure situations and de-escalate conflicts.

• Proficiency in CRM software, email, and live chat tools.

• Strong multitasking and time-management skills.

• Adaptability to work in a fast-paced environment.

• Empathy and active listening skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
