Do you have a passion for numbers and people? We are looking for a proactive and detail-focused HR professional who can oversee the company's pay and employee support programs. Be part of a supportive environment that values precision, trust, and teamwork.


  • Oversee employee pay cycle and ensure all details are processed with accuracy
  • Keep thorough and organized documentation related to team member rewards and entitlements
  • Assist in ensuring all deductions and government contributions (e.g., SSS, Pag-IBIG, health insurance, tax) are accurate and submitted on schedule
  • Respond to internal concerns related to salary, adjustments, and benefit eligibility
  • Coordinate with other departments for staff updates (new hires, changes, resignations, etc.)
  • Assist in preparing summary reports and internal records
  • Help develop and improve systems for tracking and reporting pay-related information
  • Maintain discretion and confidentiality in handling employee records

Requisito

  • Graduate of Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • 1–2 years of experience in payroll, benefits administration, or HR-related roles
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities
  • High attention to detail
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other basic office tools
  • Knowledge of timekeeping processes and employee support systems
  • Awareness of Philippine labor regulations relating to staff pay and benefits
  • Trustworthy in handling confidential records and sensitive data


Preferred (but not required):

  • Experience using HRIS or payroll systems
  • Background in creating or analyzing reports related to compensation
