  • Provide medical care and first aid to employees.
  • Conduct health screenings and vaccinations.
  • Maintain medical records and employee health data.
  • Develop health and safety programs.
  • Collaborate with management on employee wellness initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with health regulations.
  • Act as a point of contact for health-related concerns.

Requisito

  • Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Nursing or related field.
  • Experience Level: 1-3 years of relevant experience in a clinical or corporate setting.
  • Skills and Competencies: PRC license, OHNAP certification, excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Working Conditions: Primarily office-based, may involve occasional travel to company sites.
  • Qualities and Traits: Compassionate, proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work under pressure.
