  • Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries.
  • Answer customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide product information promptly.
  • Provide accurate product information and assistance.
  • Resolve customer complaints effectively and efficiently.
  • Document interactions and maintain accurate records.
  • Collaborate with team members to enhance service delivery.
  • Follow scripts and guidelines to ensure compliance.

Requisito

  • Educational Qualifications: High/Senior High School diploma required.
  • Experience Level: Less than 1 year of customer service or call center experience preferred.
  • Skills and Competencies: Excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and proficiency in using call center software.
  • Working Conditions: Fast-paced office environment with flexible shifts.
  • Qualities and Traits: Patience, empathy, and a strong customer service orientation.
