- Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email.

Requisito
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in any field.
- Experience Level: 1-3 years in a call center environment.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in English, strong communication skills, and ability to work well in a team.
- Working Conditions: Fast-paced office environment with potential for high call volumes.
- Qualities and Traits: Empathetic, patient, adaptable, and able to remain calm under pressure.
