# Job Responsibilities

1. Visual Design and UI Development

  - Responsible for product visual design and UI, including mobile, web, and H5 pages.

2. Design Strategy Planning

  - Deeply understand business objectives, conduct comprehensive analysis and breakdown using data, competitive products, user research, and other dimensions to formulate benchmark design solutions.

3. Design Standards and Consistency

  - Participate in and establish UI standards and interaction design principles, lead the visual aspect of UI, ensure brand consistency, and be responsible for brand visuals.

4. Design Trends and Innovation

  - Stay abreast of current design styles and trends, and possess a complete design system and methodology for product design.

5. Cross-department Collaboration

  - Extensive UED interaction design experience, effectively communicate with product managers, developers, and others.

6. Communication and Proactivity

  - Strong cross-department communication skills, proactivity, and self-motivation.

# Job Requirements

1. Work Experience

  - At least 5 years of UI design experience in internet products, with experience in blockchain and finance-related industries preferred.

2. Comprehensive Design Experience

  - Involvement in the visual design of multiple complete internet products, capable of handling cross-platform multi-end design.

3. Proficiency in Design Tools

  - Familiarity with mainstream design tools such as Sketch, Principle, Figma, Photoshop, and Illustrator; proficiency in After Effects and Blender is a plus.

4. Aesthetic and Design Ability

  - Excellent aesthetic sense and design expression, good business understanding, and ability to integrate online and offline designs.

5. Problem Solving and Communication

  - Strong global perspective, independent thinking, proactive, good communication skills, and strong teamwork ability.
