• Coordinate and monitor multiple IT and software development projects
• Build and maintain project schedules, dashboards, and risk logs in Azure DevOps (ADO) and Microsoft 365
• Partner with project managers, developers, and analysts to ensure timelines, scope, and deliverables are clear and tracked
• Summarize project progress, blockers, and next steps for executive reporting
• Manage dependencies across teams (engineering, operations, compliance) and escalate issues early
• Support documentation and governance tracking for audits, release management, and change control
• Lead regular cadence meetings (daily standups, weekly syncs, monthly reviews) to ensure clarity and accountability
• Create structured templates, reports, and tools that help the IT team work efficiently

Qualifications

• 5+ years of program or project management experience in IT, software, or compliance-heavy environments
• Strong communication skills (written and verbal) with ability to simplify complex updates
• Excellent attention to detail and follow-through
• Experience using Microsoft 365, Azure DevOps, SharePoint, and Power BI
• Familiarity with NetSuite, Salesforce, or cloud-native systems is a plus
• Solid understanding of SDLC, Agile methodologies, and IT governance
• Comfortable working overlapping hours with U.S. leadership and leading teams across time zones

Preferred

• Experience working with engineering teams or in Agile/Scrum environments
• Familiarity with the SDLC, DevOps, or software release processes
• Exposure to tools like Azure DevOps, Jira, or ClickUp
