Description

Assist in managing a team of partner managers, coordinate their work, and create an environment maximizing effective partner engagement.
Developing and implementing a strategy to attract and develop partnerships.
Optimization of processes of interaction with partners at all stages of cooperation.
Monitoring and analyzing key performance indicators (KPI), reporting and making decisions based on the data.
Interaction with other departments on all related issues.
Ensuring that information in CRM and accounting systems is up to date.

At least 1 year experience in a similar position.
Skills in building and developing long-term partnerships.
Excellent analytical skills and understanding of key metrics of affiliate programs.
Proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets.
Ability to communicate effectively in writing.
Responsibility, attention to detail and results orientation.
