Full-Time Client Researcher

I. Core Job Responsibilities

1. Proactively identify and research prospective clients to ensure information accuracy.

2. Initiate contact with prospects via messaging or email.

3. Follow up on client responses and promptly transfer qualified leads (non-spam and purchase-intent responses) to our team.

II. Mandatory Job Requirements

1. Work Mode: Full-time exclusive role. Be online 8 hours per day during daytime, dedicating 100% effort. Part-time applicants will not be considered.

2. Language Proficiency: Proficient in English, capable of composing emails and communicating independently with clients. Proficiency in Spanish or French is preferred.

3. Productivity: Candidates able to generate a high volume of qualified leads daily will be given priority.

III. Salary and Assessment Instructions

1. Salary Structure: USD 150 base salary per month + performance bonus of USD 1.50 for each qualified lead transferred.

2. Payment Schedule: Base salary and bonuses are calculated and paid on the 30th of each month.

3. Assessment Mechanism: Employees who fail to meet reasonable monthly targets may be subject to replacement.
