Provide assistance to the executives to conserve their time by reading, researching, and routing correspondence; drafting letters, minutes of the meetings, documents and initiating telecommunications.
Manage executive’s appointment schedule by planning and scheduling meetings, conferences and, teleconferences.
Prioritize emails and reports, gathering documents to prepare for meetings and coordinating travel arrangements.
Represents the executive by attending meetings in the executive’s absence and speaking for the executive.
Maintains privacy and protects operations by keeping confidential information.
Completes projects by assigning task to staffs and follow up on results.
Provides historical reference by developing and utilizing filing and retrieval systems and recording meeting discussions.
Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
