Job Description
1. リーダーのご指導のもと、オフィス業務全般を担当し、リーダーの参謀助手として上下の連携を図り、あらゆる面で誠実なサービスを提供いたします。
2. リーダーのご指導のもと、企業の具体的な管理業務の配置、実施、検査、督促および実行状況の適切な履行を担当いたします。
3. リーダーにご支援いただきながら、経営サービスの各種管理業務を遂行し、その実施状況の検査・確認を行います。
4. リーダーを補佐し、調査研究を実施し、会社の経営管理状況を把握するとともに、処理に関する意見や提案を提出し、リーダーの意思決定の参考といたします。
5. リーダーの会議およびその他の会議の組織業務と議事録の作成を担当し、決議や決定等の文書の起草および発表を行います。
