• Execute digital and social media marketing campaigns for the Singapore market on platforms like Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and Xiao Hong Shu.
• Create bilingual content (English & Mandarin), including posters, videos, and captions tailored to Singapore’s audience.
• Manage content calendars, schedule posts, monitor engagement, and handle community interactions (comments, inquiries).
• Track and analyze campaign performance and social trends; provide regular reports with improvement suggestions.
• Support online promos, festive campaigns, and other ad-hoc marketing activities.
• Coordinate with marketing and operations teams to align with business goals.
• Assist in influencer/KOL outreach and collaboration proposals for the Singapore market.
• Localize content while maintaining brand consistency across all platforms, including the website.

• Degree/Diploma in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or related field.
• At least 2 years of digital or social media marketing experience, preferably in Beauty, Wellness, or Retail.
• Fluent in English and Mandarin (spoken and written) for content creation and communication with Chinese-speaking -clients/colleagues.
• Familiar with Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and Xiao Hong Shu.
• Creative, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.
• Strong multitasking, communication, and coordination skills.

Tools Proficiency

• Canva or Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro) – for visuals and video editing
• Meta Business Suite – for post scheduling and ad management
• CapCut, InShot, or similar apps – for short-form video editing
• Google Workspace – for collaborative work and reporting
• Analytics tools – Meta Insights, TikTok Analytics, Xiao Hong Shu backend
