We are seeking a highly analytical and process-oriented Data Analyst to join our client’s team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for extracting, transforming, and analyzing data from a variety of systems—both legacy and modern. You’ll unify complex data sources into meaningful dashboards and actionable insights, using tools like Power BI and Python.

This is a critical role for someone who thrives on making sense of chaos, building logic-driven processes, and enabling data-informed decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

• Extract and consolidate data from multiple systems (old and new) and varying data formats.
• Clean, transform, and model the data for usability and accuracy.
• Build insightful dashboards and visualizations using Power BI.
• Identify trends, anomalies, and actionable opportunities in the data.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand data requirements and business objectives.
• Recommend improvements based on data-driven insights.
• Maintain data integrity and governance throughout the process.

• 2-5 years of experience in data analysis or related roles.
• Proven experience using Power BI to build dashboards and reports.
• Strong knowledge of Python for data manipulation and automation (e.g., pandas, NumPy).
• Experience working with diverse data sources (APIs, flat files, databases, CRMs, etc.).
• Strong problem-solving skills and a logical, process-oriented mindset.
• Excellent attention to detail and communication skills.
• Bonus: Experience in ETL processes or using other BI tools (e.g., Tableau, SQL-based tools).
